We hope you love your purchase but if you’ve changed your mind, no worries at all.
TERMS
We accept a return within 14 days of the order arriving to your address.
Items purchased at a reduced price such as sale or clearance may be returned within 14 days for an exchange or gift card only.
We will proceed with refund/exchange/credit note only if the item is new and unused, with all the labels and tags intact and in its original packaging.
If 14 days have gone by since your order arrived with you, unfortunately we can’t offer you a refund under any circumstances. You will instead receive a credit note or exchange.

Return postage cost must be covered by customer.
Please use a tracked return service as we can not held responsible for any losses in transit.
Please note, all import duties, customs charges, taxes and admin fees (if applicable) will be calculated at checkout. These costs cannot be predicted and are outside of our control, please also note that If any duties/taxes are due upon delivery then this is the responsibility of the customer to pay and not Somnia London Ltd. We do not offer international exchanges.

REFUSED SHIPMENTS
You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item under all circumstances. Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a credit note, the cost of our shipping will be deducted from your refund. International refused shipments will be charged return postage and an admin fee. International Exchanges will be charged return shipping fees.
We hold the right to terminate the order at any time until the order has been delivered for any reason and refund the customer in full.
