WEEKDAY AM ROUTINE

Whether you’re an early bird or night owl, every morning needs to start the right way.

  1. First things first, before stepping foot out of bed, somnia hair claw to match your somnia signature set is a must.

  2. Before heading to the kitchen we of course air the bed. If you know you know.

  3. Our ultimate routine continues in the kitchen where we make a cold lemon water to immediately hydrate after losing half a pint of water in our sleep.

  4. After hydrating we head back to the bedroom and chnage into our somnia long sleeve and head to the matt for a stretch.

  5. Stretch. Completely underated yet such a game changer. We will do a blog post on our favourite apps & girls to follow for morning stretches.

  6. After stretching, we’re back in the kitchen, ready for our caffeine fix, what is yours? tea, coffee, matcha?

  7. One latte later and we’re ready to begin the day.

  8. Shower & Skincare. no explanation needed.

  9. Back in the bedroom we’re starting our day right with simplistic work attire. Watch this space…

  10. Within 10 steps we’re ready for the work day ahead, whether we’re working from home, office or on the go.
